Zachaeus climbs a tree to see Jesus

 

On this page you will find a number of downloads that help tell the account of how a hated tax collector, called Zacchaeus, met Jesus and had his life changed around.

I have included a range of items that I hope can be used by people with varying abilities.

The account of this in the Bible, can be read in Luke 19:1-10

A small colour booklet telling the story.  (PDF Download here.)

This, and the larger version below, are from Lambsong. They have agreed that we can use and alter the material in any way and make it available to others. Our thanks to them.

To print this main booklet. 

Although the pages in the PDF look in a muddle, they are not! Simply follow these instructions and all will be well!

  • This needs to be backed, double-sided or duplex printed, short edge or short sided binding or whatever your machine says. NOT LONG edge!
  • Then once printed you will see that there are two copies per page. Simply cut the paper into two longways, fold and staple them together to make the booklet.

Fold the page where indicated, and arrange the folds so that you get Zacchaeus on the ground behind the crowd, and when folded again, Zacchaeus is up the tree!
